Returns and Refunds
Our products are manufactured and produced by Blue Ocean Signs in our workshop in Queensland. We take great pride in producing quality signs and stickers that we sell in our website shop.
We do not offer returns and refunds for Change of Mind, so please read the descriptions carefully when you selecting items to purchase.
However, if you find an issue or a problem with the item you purchased, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to discuss, so we can offer a suitable solution.
If we agree on the item to be returned for refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It has to be well packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as practicable.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Blue Ocean Signs, 189 Streeter Drive, Agnes Water, QLD, 4677, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
